Pros

- Hiring process is not very difficult - A lot of interns are recruited so young atmosphere - Phone is provided and laptop but not the most recent ones.

Cons

- HR & Senior people don't hesitate to lie to you about the type of missions the firm is involved in. Mentionning strategy and operational assignments when the reality is that 90% of the assignments are IT related and don't involve senior stakeholders but more operational staffs. - No training from day 1 - Senior Management put you on commercial propositions without taking care about your interests nor your capabilities to be proficient on the assignment. The only thing they care about his their staffing rate - No support from Senior Management during the assignment. Left alone at the client's premises with no formal training, don't expect any help in case something goes wrong. - No communication in the company. You will learn the corporate news through rumors (new hires, people who resigned, new missions won..) not official communication from the managers - Salary is average but bonus are below industry levels. There is no clear table to allocate them it's based on nothing tangible. Not rare to see Junior staff left out without no bonuses nor salary increase which never happens in consulting. - Huge turnover and not only from junior staff. Most people leave before 1 year and are replaced by interns to make the numbers. - Management is done by threats and is on the brink of harassment. - No support from HR people when issues are raised. They turn a blind eye to not be badly perceived by the senior management.
