Pros

Great range of Clients and Projects. Great atmosphere of collaboration and willingness to try new things. All staff are valued and recognised for their achievements. Opportunities to work in different European countries, but no pressure to do so.

Cons

Most clients are Dublin based, so limited opportunities to work in different parts of Ireland.

Pros

Collaboration and Team Work are key for delivering successful projects. Companies need to excel in creating the right environment for people to work in so they can contribute to delivering successful projects. This is an area that BearingPoint excels in.

Cons

Have to be at the leading edge of technology for remote working and collaboration in the current environment. BearingPoint are at the leading edge but need to continue pushing the boundaries in this regard.
