Cons

- Huge gap between the promises made during the hiring process and the facts once you have signed - Body-shopping missions, don’t expect to work on strategic projects - No coaching on the missions - No management, the junior staff members are left on their own - Inadequate language and behaviors by members of the management - Few trainings available, mostly in the Parisian office, don’t expect to follow any - The cvs are manipulated to match with the client’s needs - Don't expect support from the admins - No side advantages (leasing, meal expenses etc.), no extra hours paid
