Pros
Some lovely people and good location near St. Stephens Green though you could be sent anywhere depending on the project you're assigned to. Lots of variety to the work, when chsnges came in. Some knowledgable people who were willing to share some of their knowledge.
Cons
Work could be extremely boring, looking at the same website or application for months on end. On one project I had problems with getting the correct information with people ignoring emails and being quite unhelpful, giving you the bare minimum of information to do the work. Strict working hours of 9-5.30 with only a 30 minute break, and the necessity to wear a shirt and pants instead of casual just added to the slightly tired feeling in the place.
