Pros

Base salary is within market standard (not the case for bonus & raises though)

Cons

Senior management not feeling accountable for anything, delegating most of the tasks to junior staff. Company is led by one single partner with no other employee able or willing to escalate problems. Lots of unpaid overtime with no recognition whatsoever. Don't expect the company to repay any of your travel or food expenses related to overtime either. Projects are led on a "body-shopping" basis, with very few interesting tasks. Trainings: close to none. Forget about any certifications. Comp & ben: bonus & yearly raises are a joke. In most other companies you would get twice the amount of money while doing less overtime. A lot of criticism and unnecessary pressure put on new recruits, but never any constructive criticism.
