We are currently working with a number of clients developing highly technical solutions to varying degrees of scale and complexity, both on cloud and on-premise, using a very wide range of technology frameworks and tools. All staff are encouraged to speak to their development managers if they want to transition into more technical roles and we always ensure that appropriate supports are provided during transition.
On compensation, our salaries are externally benchmarked against the Tech industry and based on recent hiring levels, we are confident our compensation, bonus and benefits programmes are very much at market. Thanks again for your feedback and we wish you well.
