Thanks for your feedback and we are pleased to hear that your overall experience with BearingPoint is so positive. With regards to longer-term projects, some colleagues like the continuity of being on one long-term project but for others who want more variety, we very much encourage them to speak with their Engagement Manager about moving to another project. We are very keen to ensure that each project experience provides a good development platform (both skills and personally) for each staff member and where this may no longer be the case on a longer project, we will prioritise a change of project.
