Pros

Good friendly place to work. The non salary benefits are top notch as well. In general very positive work environment. Lots of career advancement/promotion opportunities at lower grades in particular.

Cons

Salary levels middle of the road. Mandatory training hours per year is good idea in principal but could be more career/ goal orientated as it feels a bit like a box ticking exercise currently.

Pros

Fantastic people, willing to support you in your day to day engagements. You never feel like you are dealing with an issue on your own. There is always a layer of more senior members of the team to support you in your day to day work. Great social scene in the company, with regular events for all staff members. Always a good mix of projects to work with, and build your knowledge and skills

Cons
