      Pros

      There are a lot of interesting projects. Internal environment is great. A lot of benefits like corporate mobile, corporate gym and so on.

      Cons

      Some of projects are fixed-price, therefore if you work in some of them it is possible not having any bonuses. Very wide geografic of projects, for some people it may be a disadvantage: not everybody are willing to work in Siberia.
