Pros

Healthy environement with reasonable stress, no internal competition, good human resources process to follow-up carrier and position of original big five (business consulting: mix of pure management consulting and information system capabilities)

Cons

Just the same as other consulting company: difficult balance between perso and professional Lack of international visibility and credibility (especially in France since we are coming 50% from PwC and Arthur Andersen !)

Pros

I suppose, within Europe, BearingPoint has a strong hold in mid-level consulting space. That gives you good opportunities in terms of engagement.

Cons

Extremely less focus on grooming of employees. Lacks knowledge sharing culture within organization.
