Pros

You can tell that during the selection process, a great emphasis is put on personality and company-fit. Furthermore, personal and professional development opportunities are quite flexible

Cons

As in any consultancy, overall satisfaction is highly dependent on the current project environment. I have been quite lucky for my part.

Pros

- culture - steep learning curve in the beginning (you will be responsible for entire workstreams very early in your career) - hands-on job "business consulting": you will design strategies and also implement them to see the result of your conceptual work

Cons

- weak career planning on a personal level
