Pros

- positive & professional work environment, - they offer support in building and following you career path, - they actually offer trainings and support for certifications. I took German lessons and did some SQL Server training while I worked there. Some of my colleagues took project management and / or public speaking trainings depending on their needs / career plan, - because it's a consulting company, there are a lot of different projects available, so if don't like your job anymore you can just ask to switch projects; also if you don't like your PM anymore, you can just ask to switch to another team, - depending on project / position one gets to travel, quite a lot some times, - generally, money is nice and they are not afraid to spend for their employees: nice offices, new laptops, cool Christmas parties, early bonus, they might even pay for lunch every now and then if you can sell it as a team-building activity.

Cons

- well, depending on project / position one gets to travel, quite a lot some times. - because it's a consultancy company, you might end up working at your client's location so much that you feel like a stranger in the BE office. Sometimes even finding a spot to sit down with your laptop and do some work is difficult. - between the tasks of your actual job, the tasks required by internal processes (mid-year review, end-year review, checking in your location and working hours once per month e.t.c.) and the trainings/certifications you take, things can get pretty intense, so working some extra unpaid hours might be required. - it can happen that your project is canceled like out of nowhere and you get stuck in the BE office doing nothing which is frustrating because your early bonus is calculated based on the number of hours worked on a client project.
