Pros

small team, high performers, high social, business, technical skills, very interesting projects, good career opportunities, chance to be responsible for small team

Cons

not very good known brand, opportunites to work abroad are limited, still a very young company due to management buy-out, not all processes in place

Pros

Good place to start your career or enhance your skill set; generally a young, progressive work culture; reasonable work-life balance

Cons

Hard to move off of a project or account; difficult to get promoted -- VERY subjective at the discretion of the manager; virtually no raises or bonuses

Pros

Great training ground. I would recommend anyone that can to get on with a consulting company right out of university. You learn a mountain of information in a short time.

Cons

You have to be ready to hit the ground running and you haave to do this on your own. There is not a lot of support when starting out with the company, or sometimes on the project. Once you get a network developed within the firm, it is better.
