Pros

- work phone - macbook - mostly young and friendly colleagues - sports budget

Cons

- bully managers that don't hesitate to act like insecure teenagers - seniors that don't know the tools they should excel at - hr and higher managers know of the problems, but don't act on them - low salaries and always finding reasons not give raises - bigger bonus is for the people that have the opportunity to work on client projects. we don't get to choose projects, they go to whoever is available - internal mobility, if you know who to be friends with. you can keep your seniority title regardless of the experience in the new field - unpaid overtime - capable managers are not let to lead in a healthy way by older managers

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you’ve had a positive experience of our culture and work-life balance. These are aspects we prioritise for the continued well-being of our employees and our proud of our ongoing initiatives to keep our people at the heart of everything we do. Regarding your concern of the availability of long-term projects for junior colleagues, we’d like to clarify that we do have such opportunities available. We work on a mix of shorter assignments whereby you can build a diverse skillset but also on longer-term opportunities where you can embed yourself deeply into the nature of the work and build a different portfolio of skills. We would encourage you to connect with our Resource Manager, your Development Manager or HR to explore these options in more detail. We continuously work to ensure meaningful and impactful career growth for all of employees so value your feedback on this matter.
