International scale of company is very valuable in delivering complex client solutions and handling mid-size projects. Deep client relationships and references are very helpful.
Cons
Ugly politics. Organization of solutions and business units creates more work to sell a job internally than it does to a customer. Politics and infighting can wreck growth accounts. Although the highest levels of leadership are very strong, mid-levels are very inconsistent, many chase the quickest buck and have neither a strategic nor leadership oriented perspective. Political infighting has damaged client relationships and endangered projects. Some mid-level leaders are not very good communicators, which fosters a sense of isolation and lack of synchronicity.
