Pros

The people are a joy to work with even though the company is undergoing financial problems. BearingPoint has wonderful client relationships and a good value system.

Cons

The company is having financial problems so management is continuously distracted. At the present time the company is in Chapter 11 restructuring and this is taking a substantial amount of time and resources. This takes some of the focus off of client delivery.
