Pros

BearingPoint is the former consulting unit of KPMG, and it maintained much of the KPMG culture and values - even though in the last years it seemed to deteriorate a bit, it is in my opinion still a great place to work at

Cons

Not everyone is suited to a consulting life. It´s a high-performance environment which requires a lot of travelling

Pros

BP was one of the largest management companies. It had repute of better places to work learn and grow. Also as with consulting companies all over there are learning opportunities.

Cons

BP was un_ceremoniosly closed in Pakistan with no policies to mention for the leaving staff. No job leaving benefits and even salaries were not paid some of the staff.
