Pros

Great place for college hires Some very talented developers in an on-shore off-site software house. Many of the developers take the time to help other potential people.

Cons

Management in the Hattiesburg office can seem a bit disconnected. There are some very poor in-house developers that skate by on the work of others and management can not / will not terminate them. Management seems to stack all the workload on the few talented people they have causing them to leave or slack off.
