That’s why we benchmark our salaries annually against consulting and industry best practice so that we know our salaries and benefits are at market. We encourage anyone who feels their salary is out of kilter with their role/responsibilities to speak with their Service Line Lead, DM or HR to review the situation.
With regards to projects, we have an array of clients from across multiple industries and our Resourcing Manager works closely with all consultants to ensure – to the best of their ability - that they are working on projects which meet their individual interests and growth aspirations.
