Pros

People and culture are really great. New office is nice. Lots of exposure to clients and responsibilities from very early on. Free to choose which internal initiatives you work on. Some interesting projects. Great and well executed core consulting team (intern to consultant), with targeted trainings. Generally good work life balance.

Cons

New focus on larger tech implementation programs and program management. Heavy reliance on a few clients, which you may be brought onto even if its not your area of expertise. Pay is significantly behind industry average for level of responsibilities. Promotion timelines are also predominantly on tenure and less on meritocracy.
