Pros

People are nice (depending on your level) Work life balance can be good for those not traveling Good firmwide training

Cons

There are no mandated office days but an unwritten expectation you are in the office. A lot of office politics with pockets of toxic behaviours It is more technology consulting/salesforce rather than traditional consulting. No female in leadership position despite consistent upward feedback A lot of travel is expected
