Regarding your comments on Performance Management, our Development Management programme is very much focused on individual goals, individual performance and individual career development combined with company goals.
As part of our development management process, each person sets individual goals for the year ahead and is assessed based on their own performance against their own goals. Every 8 weeks, through the Continuous Conversations programme, you have an opportunity to meet with your Engagement Manager and Development Manager to discuss your progress and focus on priority areas for the coming weeks.
If this has not been your experience, we strongly encourage you to speak with your Development Manager or Partner in this regard or contact a member of the HR team. This issue should be discussed as a priority and can be rectified easily.
