Pros

Salary is satisfactory but it is not worth it compared to the workflow

Cons

Management is underprepared and could not care less that a job meant for a team of 20 people(including testers dev ops and devellopers) is done by 2 part time interns and 2 junior software engineers that have been hired as a bigger level to account for what is going wrong. The project we are working on is 20 % done at the time of the release because the management did not want to hire more empoyees. THis place made me reconsider my chocices of becoming an engineer.
