Pros

Some colleagues are nice and easy to work with. If you go on consultancy the experience is better. If you like to travel a lot then you have a chance here.

Cons

Not a proper software development company, it's a consultancy one. They don't follow standards and dont treat all the team members fair. Hard to find information and people that are actually passioned by coding.

BearingPoint Response

Thanks for your feedback and we’re pleased that you found our people great to work with. I’m sorry that your experience at BearingPoint didn’t include as much training as you would have liked. All staff complete a minimum of 40 hours training per year and many staff complete training hours well in excess of that. In fact, in a consultant’s first few months with the company, each new hire attends BearingPoint School in Berlin for one week, a week that our people feel grows them both personally and professionally and where they have a lot of fun! In addition, we offer a wide array of training covering technical courses, personal development, on-the-job learning as well as an online portal that offers thousands of business and technical courses. The employment market in Dublin is buoyant indeed and while we never like to see our valued employees move on, we are proud that our staff turnover rates are very low, well below the industry average. Thanks again for your review and wishing you well in your career!
