Pros
Good line management and good nurturing. However if you fall by the wayside it can be hard to get back on track. Good incentives and opportunities for rewards alongside the salary. Team environment is a good mix between fun and focused.
Cons
Basic salary is poor compared to the sector and is a common grievance amoungst staff. When management is challenged on this, staff are often told if they want more money they need to work harder and get more commission. Commission structure eventually gets to a lucrative level although this can take years and years. Toxic employees with no desire to work never seem to be under any threat of dismissal.
