Pros

Entreprenurial spirit was always in play. The size of the organization made it possible to explore and learn a great deal about other business units, which could often times lead to the next job/role.

Cons

Clear cut decision making was a challenge. Too many leaders throughout the organization had "veto" cards that could sneak up on projects that had been previously approved, or were already underway.

Pros

The discount and the people you work with in your department.

Cons

No room for error, you can be an employee for 1 year or over 10 years but if you make a selective mistake they with terminate you or run you out the door. They will under pay you and will not accommodate family and personal medical situations. They never provide with the correct information regarding a potential promotion or job change especially if you are planning to leave to another store.
