It is impossible to get promoted unless you have someone willing to invest in you. In my case, my immediate supervisor(s) saw me as a threat because I knew more than they did and I was consistently one of the best sales people in the store. I was literally told that a supervisor position that was opened needed to be filled by someone who was already a supervisor, because they did not want to take the time to train a new person. They will schedule you as early as 6am, as late as midnight, and there is NO stability in the schedule so they make it almost impossible to get a second job.

You also need a hardwired land line and it cost me $80.00 plus $20.00 a month just for a dial tone, high speed internet $60.00. Training is only 1 wk to learn 6 systems and it is not fun at all, our trainer was distraced most of the time and very scattered with the subjects. I started 3 wks ago and still no pay.
