Pros

Flexible hours- they were very cool with me being a student athlete and gave me time off when I had competitions and they gave me good hours. Cool managers- My managers were cool, most older than me but slightly older than college aged(25+) laid back and let you go if you had other obligations and if they had enough people to cover the floor. Cool people, pretty good pay considering first job, GREAT DISCOUNT! I'd say if I wasn't going for a real job now I'd work there again.

Cons

Sometimes people that worked there were jerks and would be lazy as hell(expected though in high school and college). I did hate how some of the kids were slightly favored over others but it usually never got in the way.
