Pros

pay is reasonable for this type of work; people that worked there were good folks; good human resources support staff

Cons

limited resources; there is little to no training even though there is a good program, there is not enough staff to ensure proper implementation

Pros

The sales positions are not commission based Pay is fair Great place to learn how to be an effective salesperson

Cons

Best buy is too strict on it's policies for being able to receive discounts as an employee. They are quick to release you for what they believe is fraud, when it comes to discounts without consulting with the employee or taking the time to properly investigate the situation.

Pros

Overall, Best Buy is a good place to work. I feel that somethings need change, but that is for every company. *Discount is awesome! *# of employees helps better assist customers!

Cons

I feel just at our store (I do not want to speak for other stores), communication is the big downfall!
