Pros

My experience with Best Buy has been a good one, mostly. Some of the Managers came and went and it was still an enjoyable job.

Cons

Communication takes its time to filter through the Company, but overall not really many downsides. I suppose like any other job it depends on what Manager you have to deal/live with.

Pros

flexible schedule, great discount benefits and vendor purchase programs, hourly pay/no commission, more about serving the customer than ramming products down their throat

Cons

no commission at all, big sales vs. small sales makes no difference in your pocket but will your in your performance review, favoritism is common
