Pros

Great discounts, good prices, and products.

Cons

Unequal pay, company as a whole is sexist. Management is lazy, and working in the store is like high school all over again.

Pros

Employee discount of course, and seeing/working with the latest technology. Management for the most part is good, and if your store does good the "Blue crew bucks" bonus can be nice.

Cons

Well, for one the section of my store is understaffed during peak hours (which are seemingly at random times). The job stress can be too much to handle sometimes, when you are working with 2 clients at the same time, trying to answer the phone that's ringing off the hook and somehow managing to repair computers as well. And when management calls agents to the floor to help sell computers they wonder why we get pissed.

Cons
