The company understands from the top down that you have priorities in life other than Best Buy. The discount (5% above cost) saves anyone buying appliances, accessories and most electronics a lot each year. 401K is available for part time (100% match up to 3%) and full time (100% match on 3% + 50% match for next 2%). Tag team awards allow your passions to be rewarded ($1,000 for 40 hours donated to 503c, $2,000 if you are on the board). Opportunities for bonus (PT up to $1200/yr, FT up to $2400/yr, supervisors hourly with up to 15%/m+ 15%/QTR with Mobile Managers extra 15%/m, Managers 15%/m+15%/qtr+ up to 40% yearly) and trips. Up to $5,000 a semester tuition reimbursement. Free promotions from vendors.

Cons

Reduced vacation during holiday months. Rare to have weekends off.
