Pros

The discount is one of the main reasons I stick around when I really start to get sick of it. Occasionally, customers are so ridiculous that it just makes your day. My co-workers are pretty cool for the most part and we like to joke around and have fun while making sure customers are taken care of.

Cons

Management is able to get away with way too much. It's no wonder the company is restructuring when Supervisors and Managers walk around the store on their phones all day. Most of the time, issues that you have that aren't HR related are ignored.

Pros

The pay at Best Buy is great compared to other places to work. The atmosphere is a fun, laid back place to work, however that can be a downfall as well! The employees at my store are all good friends and go out together. The managers listen to what you have to say and try their best to get your situation taken care of. Overall, Best Buy is a good place to work.

Cons

There are favorites at Best Buy and if you are not a favorite of the manager, you don't get as good of opportunities as others.
