Pros

There is an excellent discount, tuition reimbursement, good company philosophies like "have fun while being the best".

Cons

Unfair pay scale, partial management, gets boring, supervisors etc constantly stay on your ass to do better. Even when you're doing your best at sales, there is constant bitching to do more. The supervisors at my particular store are all lazy and unqualified. Managers do little to combat theft in stores, and are too lenient when angry customers are involved. Ex, one day a little kid carved a dollar sign into an expensive TV with a thumbtack. Kids father was playing the piano display and not supervising the kid. Management said nothing. Ex., One day a angry customer cursed me out horribly, and for no reason. Management did nothing

Pros

The pay is good and their not particularly demanding. It's a good place to lay low while you're studying for bigger and better things.

Cons

Incompetent management. This may not be true of every location, but I was one of the few people in the building with a college education. The managers survived by being superior at lying to each other, customers, and upper management.
