Pros

Great employee discount program; Working with a great group;

Cons

Management was very inflexible with schedule changes and availability; The customers are by far the most stressing part. While working in Geek Squad you pretty much just get yelled at all day by others.

Pros

The level of respect is incredible, you are treated truly as if you were part of a team working together for a common goal. The meetings really show even a low level employee that management is concerned about you and your professional growth.

Cons

It does get hectic as any other retail store, although there are some issues with management i can understand why. Overall however managers must be able to differentiate their personal lives with business after all you are here to work and not visit a shrink. Management also fails at times to work with the schedule but again that may be something thats common among retail stores during holiday seasons.
