Pros

Employee Discount is phenomenal, lots of new gadgets to play with, flexible hours, and can transfer you or move you to a different position if you'd like. Plus you'll learn a lot of knowledge both in product, communication skills, and leadership skills.

Cons

Sales. Can get stressful at times if you're not the salesman type. Your manager can make or break your experience so be sure to interview the manager when you're applying for the job.

Pros

Great environment to work in, ample room for promotion and training. Ability to quickly become a manager.

Cons

Sometimes Best Buy can be too pushy with the sales tactics or how many items a sales person has to offer to a customer. Just to check out can be a big hassle with the customer being bombarded with so many offers.
