Pros

Typically you will see very forward thinking people. It is an outside the box company... Every time I have ever had an issue, I have had a VERY unique response to it that both solved the issue and helped me remember what I had to do to get the answer that I needed.

Cons

You CANNOT be a full time worker and expect to have much of a social life, or go to school. They are very strict about hours, and ratios of opens to closes, and open shifts of weekends.

Pros

Great discount. People are usually fun to work with if you are a little younger.

Cons

The day after Thanksgiving. There is nothing fun about getting to the store before it is light outside, seeing the massive number of people camped out, then dealing with the madness once the doors open. Then after the "rush" is over, everything is in a mess. I also do not like dealing with jerk customers.

Pros

The people are all pretty good... I can't think of many that I outright dislike out of more than one hundred employees at my store. Plus the discount is awesome on a lot of things: definitely a great reason to work there. Plus the great thing is working with technology... something that I always love to do. I always feel up to date on the latest stuff and everything is truly what I love to sell so that makes me very happy. I do not think that the prices are fair for everything... but overall the value for your money is also pretty good.

Cons

The scheduling system is a bit hectic at times. It's all done by computer and then modified by humans. I was receiving pretty decent hours but it was all extremely inconsistent. I could be working near full time hours (30-40) one week and then the next week end up working as little as five or ten. Another thing that annoys me sometimes is some of the hoops you need to jump through procedural wise. I'm not sure if all stores would do a few things... but there are a couple "busy work" activities that a lot of employees end up doing.
