Pros

Great for a college student, you learn tons of business acumen, how to make smart business decisions. You also learn about how business make money and how to read a true P&L. Great discounts, great opportunities, it just depends what store you work in but I firmly believe this can happen with any company. Your idea's are welcomed. They have a system were you can submit your suggestions/ideas to corporate and you can follow up on what their feedback is.

Cons

Retail hours suck!!!! It's still retail, not much time off, and it is very stressful since the economy is down.

Pros

They offer great discounts on merchandise. Overall it is a solid company.

Cons

Can be very boring. There are only so many things you can learn about products and selling them.
