Pros

Best Buy is a fast-paced environment where employees at all levels are encouraged to take ownership in advancing the business.

Cons

The recent re-structure of Best Buy retail locations has made it a bit more difficult to advance. Employees must take the initiative to train and go the extra mile to move ahead in this company.

Pros

The discount has to be by far the best discount ever/ You get things pretty much half off. Which is awesome! Pay reate is defintely good, based on previous experience of course. Freedom to change prices for customers. Management was great. Everyone communicated properly. Overall great work environment

Cons

Best Buy does monitor how much you use your dicount. They keep a track of everything you buy to make sure you aren't buying things for friends and family. Or boosting as well I assume l, because the discount is that deep.

Pros

I think that the best reason to work at best buy is the discount they offer a very good discount on most items but on somethings there is little to know discount

Cons

I thought that the worst thing about working at best buy was a combination of the low pay and you really dont get praise for anything
