Compensation at all levels is above expectation. Best Buy is a values based company which set the course for an employee at the get go. Expectations are very clear and as such, if you are an engaged employee you will love your job so much that it will never feel like work. The company is very open to improvement especially through learning from past mistakes. Even the most senior management is not afraid or too proud to admit that mistakes have been made in the past. It is how we proceed based on what we learned that makes us so successful! Most of us have had the pleasure of meeting Dick, Brad, Mike and Kevin - such nice down to earth people!
