Pros

The only reason was the discount, but now that is changed. The discount is no longer worth anything on items that used to be cheap for employees.

Cons

Having a supervisor that can't look any of his employees or customers in the eye. All of the drama between co-workers. Made up excuses on why others get transferred over certain employees.

Pros

Discount (sometimes), its a very easy job and requires no brain power despite all the complaining you hear about it.

Cons

Abuse by customers, management treat you like you don't know anything, hours, shifts, they openly work HR rules to their advantage
