Pros

The regular people that work there are enjoyable to work with and are willing to give you tips and advice.

Cons

There is no standardized training. No technical training or sales training that is tried or true. Everything is learned off the cuff and in the moment. This not only reflects on new hires but also seasoned employees. If you ask them any technical question about a product they are supposed to be "Advisors" about, you will only be met with answers that are made up and vaguely make sense.
