Pros

Easy to make friends Human aspect allows you time off

Cons

No hands on training only e-learnings like 108 of them to be exact If you arent trained right and mess up even accidentally prepare to be called to admin office with 2 managers against just you in an interrogation type setting - they dont care about you or proper training you should know what questions to ask even if you came external to the company and have no idea about what issues you need to ask about until they arise so good luck They just had a lay off for over hundreds of employees who had been there for as long as 10 plus years across the country and that same day was bringing in newbies to train them (i had a job during this i wasnt cut). But it was gross to watch If you do well enough you get more work for the exact same pay! If you come in on one wage the next person starts higher money and guess what raises are barely accepted around here because they like to add more without raising your pay Double standards managers that tell you not to socialize are doing just that with their buddies one manager walks around on the phone all day(no literally) and still has his job
