Pros

Mediocre pay, Decent management with proper and directed E-Learnings as part of the training process. The employee discount is pretty good, but entices you to spend more money that you're not making on electronics that are not necessities.

Cons

Expects a lot out of even the basic lowest end jobs at best buy, without being properly compensated. Requires sales associates to meet monthly sales goals with TotalTech Memberships and Credit Card applications without commissions or any incentives.

Pros

Going through a transformation process that is well thought out and should enable the company to do well in the future.

Cons

Sometimes management does not sort out some of the issues that are staring it right in the face and need to be addressed early on in the process.

Pros

Discount is absolutely amazing, you get great deals

Cons

Senior management is not great, no room for growth unless they like you, no relation to merit or time with the company.
