Pros

Good friendly environment and access to accommodations and employee discount

Cons

High stress performance based metrics and not enough labor, staffing, or pay. Feedback goes nowhere and fatigue is extremely common.

Pros

I really love working with my co-workers, it makes each day a little easier. I also either hate or love interacting with clients and helping them with their appointments. Overall pretty good pay for the basic level work you do and the overall environment is very nice. If you enjoy technology and are comfortable with it you’ll feel right at home

Cons

Dealing with clients can be a hit or miss, just like any job where you deal with the general public. Also higher management can sometimes manage things to align with their personal goals.

Pros

Match 401k, good health insurance for full time employees, good discount, many resources to learn about tech, tuition assistance

Cons

A slave to the holidays, merit increases based on sales, they once prided themselves on not being commission based. Their new business model is twisted, they have lost their culture, new ceo.
