Pros

-some coworkers are great. -you can see the new tech.

Cons

-store manager have no knowledge about your department and because of this he does not apply the right rules, -to much gossip, most of them growing as lies, -no chance to be listened by management, anything you say is turned against you. -nothing is fair, people who deserve to be promoted can wait years, against other that take positions without any logical strategic way to be in that position. -the schedule is changing every week, with no chance to have social life -the breaks, almost impossible to take, but the manager add in system that you take them.

Pros

Very nice and driven coworkers, supervisors who are there to help, a ton of upward mobility from starting positions, employee discount on some products, networking with SOME customers

Cons

Atrocious schedule flexibility for full time sales team, a mission to get your Paid Time Off Approved, less upward mobility for full timers despite work ethic and individual sales stats
