Pros

Work life balance and opportunity to learn new technology. Great place for freshers to learn new things and learn retail process.

Cons

No additional compensation or bonus. Apart from this everything is great in best buy Canada and I would recommend people to join here.

Cons

Pros

They work with you when needed. Pay is decently competitive. Easy place to work at, not much hassle, at least in Geek Squad. The work is fun, some customers may get to you but that's with every job.

Cons

Very political. Hard to grow if you're in a store where new leadership already has an idea of who they want to put in specific roles. Most managers or GM's bring over their staff into full time or leadership positions that others who were already working at a specific store deserved a fair shot at.
