Awful management.

Pros

Discounts are hit or miss on mostly everything, except accessories and the crappy in-house brands like Insignia.

Cons

Low pay for the workload. Heavily focused on selling bad, overpriced services like geek squad protection. Management are sexist, misogynistic and play heavy favouritism. (and they wonder why it’s 90% men that work there) They walk around abusing power, and making inappropriate jokes, talking behind peoples backs sadly you just have to pretend to laugh. All they care about is making money.

Pros

The coworkers, and friendships you make are genuine.

Cons

Management lied about the position. Constantly doing more than my job title. More responsibility and work, but none of the promised perks.
