Pros

Huge untapped resource for Best Buy as this channel is only 1% of overall revenue at $400 million per year but huge push for improvement and additional resources. Plenty of room for growth and most sellers that have been with the company over five years make 6 digits. Excellent sr management and very good direction and strategy. Awesome benefits and pay plan

Cons

None really unless you don't like working hard and setting your own hours!!! Some procedural issues with getting inventory approved but much better than 99% of sales jobs as I have less than a 5% order cancel rate and I have well exceeded my quota almost every month at $200k plus in revenue with a 15-20% profit margin
