Pros

The management was very good and the whole work environment was very professional. Was a blessing to work at Best Buy. Was a place where the management made you part of a close knit team.

Cons

Earning a full time or supervisor position in Best Buy is competitive and takes time (Not a con but a challenge).

Pros

The best thing was the fact that they were always working on making you better in the sales aspect. Always training you to be better. The discount was super nice too.

Cons

After I was there for a few years you could see the favoritism more and more. You could see the unfair treatment of the way they decided promotions and stopped hiring within. I lost out on a pretty large pay increase because my General Manager was being canned and wanted to make sure the whole team suffered when he decided reviews.

Pros

Flex-able hours, good starting job

Cons

Can be hard to be promoted unless you "kiss up" to management.
